I waited a month for my product of Foodgrade H202. I sent two emails after two weeks of waiting and the order still showing "processing." The emails were never replied to. I finally called them on 9/21 and was met with an extremely rude "representative," who answered the phone as if it was his cell phone, and made it clear that he would not be helping me (did not look up the order, had no interest in looking up the order, just kept referencing their website and to contact them over email... which I did... to no avail) and that he would not be processing a refund and to follow their website for refund policy information but, AND I QUOTE, "to be honest they probably won't accept your refund." What? I did not receive any product. My order still shows processing. No emails were responded to. I would avoid this "company" at all costs if you're looking to purchase H202. I wanted to support a small business in my purchase. That failed. edit: in response to the owner... you might want to re-read my message, as my point slide riiiight over your head. Your lack of professionalism is showing, even in your response... my concern is not in the fact that you do not ship to Hawaii... it is detailed above in your "company's" lack of response to email and then phone.

The land and people are full of trash and especially Quinn. They are good at fooling others but under the surface is more trash.
