THEY ABUSE THEIR RESIDENCE, ONE OF THE AIDES DECIDED TO BEAT UP A RESIDENT TILL THEY WERE BLOODY WITH BROKEN RIBS!!!!!!!!! And all they did was send the employee home!! YEP, CALLING ELDERLY ABUSE HOTLINE AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!

****A RESIDENT WAS BRUTUALLY ATTACKED TODAY BY ONE OF THE WORKERS!!!!! PLEASE GET YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS OUT OF HERE IMMEDIATELY. THEY HAVE BROKEN RIBS AND BLOOD EVERYWHERE. PLEASE PRAY FOR THE FAMILY, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE, I JUST WROTE MY REVIEW YESTERDAY ABOUT THIS PLACE GOING DOWNHILL AND NOW LOOK WHAT HAPPENS. I HOPE THE FAMILY SUES FOR EVERYTHING THEY HAVE. I don't know what happened to this place, but it has gone downhill... I have already started looking into other homes. When I came in today, there was a man in a pink shirt SCOLDING one of his employees in such a disgusting manner. I could not believe he was speaking like that to someone so openly.... It makes me wonder, what is he saying to our loved ones when no one is around?... If he can talk in public like that, I just can't even imagine. I have been filled with dread since leaving. I will be reaching out to the higher ups... this is uncalled for, you all should be ashamed!

Didnt know it was ok to brutally attack and beat the residents here. Prayers for the family.

I came here to visit my sweet grandmother when I witnessed a resident being attacked and Im quite sure the resident was badly injured. My friend who works here told me the employee who hurt this resident was sent home with NO REPERCUSSIONS! I am so disgusted and my family and I are considering taking our family member out of here ASAP.

Saw a resident get attacked by an employee BRUTALLY until their ribs were broken I can only assume. On my 2nd visit. Highly traumatic and disturbing behavior from workers here and the facility, THE EMPLOYEE RECIEVED NO DISCIPLINARY OR LEGAL REPERCUSSIONS FROM LAKESIDE!!! I hope the family sues you bad!!!
