I Can't Say Enough Wonderful Things About Putnam Builders! Bubba is so Knowledgable About the Entire Process of Building Your Dream Beach Home From Staying in Budget to Keeping as Close to Scheduled Completion as Possible (Huge Task Considering the Rain Here) So I Applaud the Entire Team, Dave, Kathy, Rob & of Course Bubba! They will be building me and my family a new home. Update 01/02/2020 well the build was not a very pleasurable experience. I realize this is a recovery experience and not having any experience especially, when it comes to home building. I had believed that I did my homework. My mistake was I believed what I was told by the ( I will be nice and say gentleman ) that I was going to have all the help and guidance for this build. Nothing is or was further from the truth. Well in short he was only a salesman. The builders or the company I paid is not Putnam. Need I say more. Yes, I will the contract was 14 month and still not in. More than several issues came up in the build really all due to no communication, and this is as I was told a custom home. Would not recommend for first time buyers. Update 2/10/20, In serious consideration of the finished home. I do have a few things to add. Upon meeting with the builders to do the (punch) walk thru of the home and everything coming together after meeting with them. Me and my family are extremely happy with our new home. You know that old saying good things come to those who wait and there's no place like home. I have to say these home builders did what they needed to do to finally get us in our new home and to make sure we were satisfied.
