The absolutely best florist I have ever ordered from! There are not words to express the beautiful designs, the outstanding service. I had a baby shower for my daughter and the flowers were outstanding. Thank you!!!!!!!

I placed an order online after hours. No mention on the item I chose that it was a special order. This afternoon I checked my email and was notified that they did not have the item I requested in stock and my order was cancelled. Cancelled. No phone call to say they didnt have the item and would I like something else. Just cancelled. When I called to question it, I was told it was emailed to me online the same way I ordered. Since I didnt call in my order they didnt call me. And she actually hung up on me. I have never dealt with a florist so unprofessional. UPDATE TO OWNERs RESPONSE: You are correct. I could not comprehend how an order was just cancelled via email with no phone call to see if I wanted to change to something else. If Birds of Paradise are a special order perhaps you should mark them as special order on your website. I wasnt stuck on those to order I wanted something tropical to remember a dog that my friend had gotten from Hawaii. If you had reached out other than just cancelling the order, I could have ordered something else. I, too, am sorry I ordered from such an unprofessional and RUDE business. Even your response is rude. A little professionalism goes a long way.

I called to order flowers for a friend's funeral and the person I spoke with was soooo nice and kind that I felt better after ordering.  She made helpful suggestions and make the process much easier.I had already called another florist and the person I talked to there was so rude and unhelpful I hung up crying so I really appreciated the kindness I received at Southlake Florist.
