        My interactions with The Fulcrum Group have been second to none! Jory & Fernando were able to get my new phones up and running with all my quirky requirements in very little time including some special programming that needed to be implemented. I had zero downtime when switching VOIP Providers (the old provider had my phones down for almost a week & then my numbers forwarded to a cell phone for another week it was insane!). From completing the order form on a Monday to having new phones installed & ready to go by late Wednesday that same week was amazing! Any questions I had were promptly answered, a couple of things were brought to my attention even before I realized they might be a problem and were corrected before becoming an issue. If youre looking for great customer service, then I highly recommend The Fulcrum Group!
