        We have always been treated with respect since we joined AQUA-TOTs last summer until today. The lack of sympathy and pushy nature we experienced from the new manager on March 23, 2024 was unacceptable. My daughter gets anxious with new people and strangers. She immediately started crying the minute the manager picked her to and take her to the pool. I was not allowed in the pool area per policy so I couldnt go in and comfort her. I repeatedly told the staff and the manager that my daughter doesnt do well with strangers, that was her first class for that level, and she gets anxious and scratches herself. No one seems to hear my concerns when we were there that day. Other parents had to witness the screaming, crying and scratching child until I asked them to remove her from the pool. My daughter is traumatized by how she was treated today. This is not how I want my daughter to experience her swim lessons. My concerns were not heard. Every child is different, and I expect everyone works at AQUA-TOTs demonstrate patience and be adaptive with different situation especially working with children. I do not appreciate how we were treated. I hope AQUA-TOTs will open an investigation for this incident.

        Recommend Aqua-tots to every one. Our son has been going there for couple of months and he has learnt a lot. School is very clean and all teachers are super professional.
