FNC Custom Pools

I couldn't be happier with this builder, the best proof is that I first hired them to build my swimming pool, and then I asked them to build an outdoor kitchen and a bathroom, then I added synthetic turf for the entire backyard, and I'm sure I will continue to hire them, that's how satisfied I am with them.

This is our second experience with building a pool. I am rating them 5 stars for Alfonsos and Renes responsiveness when we need them. I did wish the pool was done faster (took 3 months from digging to finish) and a lot of waiting. Their in-house decking guy was a really nice gentleman, and he did a careful job laying down travertine pavers with artificial turf inserts. We needed help with pool operating questions after the final payment was paid, and Alfonso answered us timely. We appreciate that!

I recommend the fnc custom pool company, they have a great designer, we didnt want our pool designed by a salesperson, we wanted it designed by a professional pool designer, and their renders are amazingly realistic. The permits took 3 weeks for the city and almost a month for the HOA, the construction time was exactly 33 days from the digging day. One of their employees broke a sprinkler but they fixed it a couple of days later. Overall, I recommend this company, for their prices and construction time.

This is the second pool we have built, the whole process was so much better with fnc. We had a hard experience the first time we built a pool because it took 6 months to build, but this time, fnc custom pools built our new pool, and outdoor kitchen in 5 weeks. Were very happy with the pool but even more happy with how smooth the process was. When we move in 5 years, well make sure to call fnc custom pools.
