        I have the worst experience with a lady in here. She is selling a house that I had a contract. I deposited an earnest money for the house and My investor blew me up from the contract. The sellers realtor recommended me a 3rd party group. When they 3rd party had an investor this lady broke the contract. She knows that I paid to be in the group then she wanted to keep my earnest money when she was the one that broke the deal. After back and forward with title company about the earnest money. Sellers realtor and my investor split my money when I decided to send it to the State of Texas. Lady I hope that you and your sellers enjoy my money. I believe in GOD.

We want to know when that has not been our client's experience. You may contact us directly to sort out anything we may need to help you resolve. Please call us at 713-464-5656 and ask for April. Just a quick note, our agent nor we get paid unless we sell your house. I am very concerned about you stating that you paid us 40K when your house is not sold. I'm concerned that you may be a victim of fraud not related to our company. We want to make our relationship right with you.
