I called asking how to get in touch with the company to make a complaint and instead of guiding me she disconnected the call. I would not do business with this kind of individual and nor will I with a company that have agents giving bad and distasteful service.

If you want a Realtor who advocates for you, Angelique is your girl! She does not play around when it comes to her clients. I initially contacted her for a house in July, I just closed at the end of March. Like what?! Who would've "thunk" it? Lol. No lie, buying a house is a BIG & SCARY process. It can and will get overwhelming at some point. You want someone knowledgeable, who you can trust to guide you. If you're like me and ask a million question, you also need someone who is patient, that will take the time to make sure you understand, so you can be comfortable with your decisions. I'm so glad I found Angelique and would recommend her without reservation!

When I began working with Angelique, I resides in NYC. Working with her was a breeze, she sent various listings and was supportive throughout the home buying process. Despite normal home buying hurdles, everything worked out and the transition from NY to TX was seamless. It was a pleasure meeting and working with her.

Hey Yall I am late with my review because I have been busy settling into the brand-new construction home that I purchased all by myself as a first-time home buyer with the guidance of Angelique Pye. Now that I have had some time to reflect on my journey to homeownership I couldnt miss the opportunity to let you guys know how Amazing Angelique is!! I discovered Angelique in a home-buying group on Facebook. Angie (as she is now known to me) would always post valuable information about the home-buying process, and I started following her silently on her personal page. Angie would always post updates on homes on the market from her research (she is always researching!!). I finally decided to contact her on a Saturday in July (I sent her a message on Facebook) she responded immediately and we were on a phone call thereafter. I was living in Virginia at the time and planning on relocating to Houston in early fall with the hope of purchasing my home. Angie gave me detailed information on that call about what would be needed from me to accomplish my goal. She also immediately sent me a couple of houses that were on the market. Fast forward to late January of 2023 (it took me longer to relocate than anticipated, with military issues) I was finally in Houston with all my ducks in a row. I contacted Angie, got prequalified with her preferred lender, and was out looking at houses the very next day! Angie is extremely skilled at listening to your wants and needs and she took me directly to the community that I ended up buying in. Yes, I viewed other communities but ended up right where we initially started. I gave her the go-ahead to put in an offer on the house I chose and she did. The process thereafter was smooth sailing, Angie was present every step of the way, at every inspection and walk-through. I knew that I chose the best realtor in Angie when I randomly received an email that I was copied on from Angie to the lender that I decided to go with asking the lender for a reduction in my interest rate based on a lower rate the lender was offering (I had no idea that the lender was offering a lower interest rate that I had). Angie is totally an advocate for her clients ensuring that they get the best deal possible. I was able to sleep peacefully at night throughout this process because I had Angie in my corner. If you are interested in relocating to the Houston area and looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable, forthcoming, and advocates for you, Angie is your girl!
