    Tisha verbally assaulted myself, a colleague, and a concerned neighbor in our business park. She used her vehicle to prevent someone from leaving a parking space who had been there 30 minutes. An unmarked parking space in a business lot that she claims she owns because it is in front of her business, unmarked mind you. When the ROA rep, who was pregnant, tried telling her she doesn't own 5 spots, she can't tow, and it is illegal to block someones car she replied with a string of insults culminating with calling her unborn child a "stupid baby". Be warned if you work with her because there is a chance she might be upset and attempt to attack you.

    Disrespectful, Shady, Unprofessional, CONNIVING, these are just a few words I would use to describe Tisha Matticks and Manta Ray Enterprises. Search her name, search the company, there are YEARS of evidence! When she took over as property manager for a House I had already been leasing for over a year; I magically became a poor tenant over night. Upon move out I was charged for numerous damages and make ready preparations I should not have been responsible for (for instance I was charged for Pressure washing the house as "regular maintenance" even though I had photo proof of the entry/sidewalk/& Driveway being done as a courtesy the day before move out; to make matters worse the house was relisted in the same state I had left it in with no post action pressure washing being done on the property), not reimbursed for work I had done (such as cleaning the carpets and providing a receipt), and it took several weeks to get roughly a QUARTER of my deposit back that they decided I was owed and had the audacity relist the home highlighting the planters I hand built and I was still charged for landscaping. PICS are of the house on move out day which I was still charged hundreds of dollars for "Professional cleaning". Stay away from this company, do not be fooled by her base model 3 series, her and her team WILL cheat you. As I said before, search her name and the company, even glass door has horror stories from previous employees. R U N - A W A Y ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
