Joined a little over a month ago and have nothing but great things to say! Personalized, one on one training with friendly, helpful staff. The facility is always immaculately clean and tidy, and the workouts are fit to my individual abilities. I leave feeling tired, but never uncomfortably exhausted or aching. I feel soreness the next day, but not to the point where it's limiting in any way, just enough to let me know I had a good workout the day prior. The kitchen here is honestly a hidden gem. Post workout smoothies are delicious with tons of options, and the take home meals have all been great and well proportioned for the price. The staff educating me on proper nutrition combined with the workouts have improved my physical abilities, energy, and promoted muscle development while dropping body fat. Anyone serious about wanting to improve their life through better diet and exercise but seeks personal coaching and guidance, ESN is worth a visit.
