I cannot be anymore grateful to Emily Hickman for her assistance during the home buying process. Emily is professional, efficient, and most importantly personable. She is thorough with explanations & a sharp shooter when it comes to looking out for her clients best interest. Emily made the financing process not only easy to navigate but also enjoyable. As a first time home buyer having a loan officer like Emily on my side made the biggest difference in my confidence in this process. 10/10 would recommend to any family or friend looking for a new home.

I can't say enough nice things about Emily! The most important thing I can say though is if you want the best loan officer, go with Emily! She learns about her clients to find out what works best for them. She learned about me and my life and helped me find the best loan option for my situation (and let me tell you, it was amazing!) Emily is available for her clients (okay, can we just say friends? because I met Emily through this and made an amazing friend!) and gets back to them quickly. I am not a super patient person and I never felt like I was waiting on her, even on the weekends. It was such a beautiful experience to work with someone who actually cared about my well being, and cheered me on along the way. Thank you for everything, Emily!

Emily was helpful, professional, and a joy to work with. I shopped around for a mortgage broker until I found Emily and I knew that she was the person I wanted to work with. She always provided me with as much knowledge as possible and answered all of my many questions. Even better, she fought for the best rate possible for me and found me an excellent loan! 10/10 would recommend

As first time homebuyers, Emily educated us on so many different aspects of the home buying process. Two key points that really stood out to me: 1.) How well she was able to calculate and estimate what our numbers would look like should we own the home. 2.) Her availability along with the fact that she attended our closing and continued to help us in anyway down to the final signature. 5 star service and knowledge.
