        Recently the Castumer service of Bank of America in Texas is very poor and to save money they dont hire enough employees so that is seriously effect their clients interest and comfortably, to call the Castumer service you have to be waiting on hold more than one hour it is ridiculous. Ps if you have a business account with Bank of America and you looking for merchant service my advise go with any company except the one whos Bank of America dealing with because theyre a 3rd party very pricey and non professional be a ware guys Bank of America doesnt control this merchant company since they are 3rd party.
