After reading the negative reviews, I was hesitant to use this facility. My wait was under 5 minutes. The two women working there were pleasant. My blood draw was painless. There was a notice on their door stating when they are closed for lunch. This should be noted on their website.

I'm a medical provider and it's a disgrace how this lady at the front desk treats their customers. Lied about not being able to find my orders; lied about me raising my voice; actually hung up the phone on the manager when I was getting on the phone with her because I snatched the phone. LAUGHABLE. The manager was kind and knows exactly what type of employee she was dealing with. The gentleman who drew my blood was awesome.EDIT: reading the reviews, I am not alone with this individual. She absolutely has no place working around other people.

I don't know whether to laugh or be surprised at this situation.
The woman at the front desk was super rude to me this morning on the phone, so I hung up on her.
After that, I started receiving calls from people asking for their labs.
At first, I thought it was very strange, but it was a coincidence. After the 3rd call I asked the person what number he was calling and he told me hes calling the number that appears on Google maps.
I searched Google Maps and called from my childs phone and realized that the calls are currently being redirected to my phone number.
I can't believe that there are people who are so unprofessional in their work that they feel the need to do things like this.
Sorry to anyone who called today and I was the one who answered the phone.
