Scott Kutach and the team at Southern Quality Insurance delivered stellar service and to top it off, saved me $1400 annually on my policy. I ended up with a better business policy with more coverage. I just had to provide basic info and he took care of the rest. At a time when businesses have to take a deeper look at expenses, this is an area that should definitely be shopped.

The customer service in this company is beyond me. How they stay in business is through Scamming people into paying they're "insurance" and then not contacting them at all if there is more info needed. I renewed two Car insurance policies and both times was disappointed in the follow through. This second time my insurance was cancelled after a few months because my Broker didn't let me know I had to provide more information. Why even get a middle man if they cant get the one simple job done right. Save yourself the hassle and go directly with the insurance company. Then i emailed, called and did all i could to contact them and no one has called me back and i had call my insurance company directly to talk to them about the misinformation. AHORE SU DINERO Y NO COMPRE AQUI.
