The most unreliable caregivers I have ever encountered. My dad was prescribed Home Health and received a 'caregiver' with no certifications and A condescending attitude. Both my parents have PHDS and we're treated as if they were illiterates. They would not adhere to a schedule and sat in the driveway for 15 to 30 minute before knocking on the door. My parents have cameras on the outside of their house. I have been in healthcare for 30+ years and hate to see this kind of elder abuse. I advise anyone needing home health to think twice about using this agency.

Update to my original post from Liz Soto:Heard back from HH lady and she was put off and didnt care for anything i expressed to her. 5 stars come in for Ms Tony. She was absolutely amazing and cared about my concerns about my fathers care. Truly grateful and appreciative for all of your help with my fathers situation. We need more ppl in the medical field just like you.

Truly upset with this company. My father sees certain doctors in a hospital building so we must work around the doctors schedule for his visits. His HH lady had the nerve to tell my parents to change his appts to fit her schedule. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I come to visit him and the wrap on his foot was done so poorly and starting to hang off his foot. After conversation with him, I find out she did not wash/cleanse his foot nor did she use the ointment for his wound. IRRATE TO HIGH HEAVEN!!! If you do not take pride in your work I suggest a new profession. This is the medical field and a certain level of professionalism/ care is expected. And let's not forget how her expressed "recommendations" raise false hopes for my dad. That should be left between her reports and his Doctors. I wish they would leave that for the MD's to express to the patient. Currently waiting on response from HH lady as to how this will be fixed.
