        The manager on duty, who was not wearing a name tag, was rude and overall disrespectful. After ordering breakfast on the mobile app (before 11 which she verballyconfirmedwith another employee) she refused to make it and even after she confirmed my receipt and the last 4 of my credit card that is on file on the app, still refused to give me a refund without my card. (Again, this was on the app. I didn't have my physical card). She then proceeded to raise her voice and get an attitude with me because I was upset over thos whole ordeal. While trying to work it out, this manger proceeded to look around me and ask for the next person in line. I never got my food, and never got my refund I now have to dispute this through my bank. This was the worst I have been treated.

        Clean and well rounded employees that serve guests. Beautiful ambiance compared to any other McDonald's. Love this location.
