When it comes to dentists, Ive had mixed experiences in the past which is why I was hesitant to schedule an appointment. The staff was incredibly nice with Lakeithia providing a teeth cleaning that was super gentle and effective. Came in a week later and Julio (I hope I remembered his name right!) and Dr. Nwagwu provided a filling to a cavity that was easy and painless. Amazing experience all in all. Will definitely be referring them to family members.

I think you need to follow these: If you did a mistake just apologize to the patient and correct it. Dont have to blame it on the patient, so that you can charge the patient again and claim from their insurance . Also if you dont know whats going on, just tell the patient that you have no idea. So that the patient will go find another dentist who can able to help them.

This is my first time here and I had a wonderful experience. The staffs are very friendly and made me comfortable while waiting for the treatments. I am very happy with their service. Will definitely come back for more treatments! Highly recommended!
