This walmart has always been balanced, and the management team usually maintains a respectful attitude towards everyone working there. I've worked for Walmart for years, and I have never had a manager or lead that is as disrespectful , no manner. Anna, as a store leader, has no proper training, every other day someone left and everyone is quiting bc of her unprofessionalism. There are so many good people who know what they're doing, Anna makes all these people leave. I do lots of picking orders. Things have been khoatic and getting worse. Customers are not receiving their full orders. Anna doesn't have any type of communication skills. She talks to people, however, and very, very disrespectful. She creates a toxic and drama work environment. This walmart and especially the OGT department, is running very poorly. She doesn't fully know what she's doing back there, Anna talking and screaming at people like they are her kids. There is no respect for employees and customers at all. Customers waiting 1hr to 2hrs for their orders. They are complaining a lot, and it wasn't like that a couple of months ago. If y'all want to keep your good workers and stop customers from complaining bc they said they will never order from this store, every boss has a boss, Anna boss needs to step up big time. Good luck with this store. Anna is DESTROYING it. This is not how business setting should be. Anna treats people badly and with no respect. As long as Anna is still there, this store will never be a good place to work. ANYONE LEAVING NICE REVIEW ABOUT GROCERY PICK UP ARE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE AND THEY ARE ASKED TO LEAVE REVIEW PRETENDING TO BE CUSTOMERS. REAL CUSTOMERS ACTUALLY EXPERIENCE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PICK UP LINE ALWAYS 1 HR Waiting. The mfc department is running by Anna, and the employees said that she doesn't know what she's doing. They had a better setup before Anna came into that store, and now everyone is leaving. They're hiring 24/7. You can only work there if you don't have a life outside of work. So everyone still working there is obviously desperate and working $14, bad shifts, bad management, bad culture. It's sad beyond measure!
