WE HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF TOWN and They MADE THE CANCELLATION/WITHDRAW PROCESS EXTREMELY COMPLICATED AND DIFFICULT. IVE CALLED AND EMAIL MULTIPLE TIME WITH NO RESPONSE AND NOW THEY WANT TO SEND THE ACCOUNT TO COLLECTION FOR PAST DUE BALANCE. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE
