Do not move here. Ive lived here since November 2022. It was a pleasant place to live. The new property management company, RPM Living is not better than Greystar. The transition has been chaotic as it seemed no records transferred between the two property managers. Ive had more lost packages than usual, and they charge you additional fees not included in your lease. This is a violation of Texas tenant rights. The only thing I can say about this property management is the maintenance staff is great. Other than that, I do not recommend this property. Go elsewhere.

We applied to this apartment and were supposed to move in few weeks and we have been trying to get in contact with someone for what seems like a month now since we got approved and was suppose to see the apartment we will be moving into since we only saw the model but they always have some excuse as to why we cant see it when Jose, the assistant manager, helped us he said that we could come in and we would be taken care of. To our dismay, it was the opposite, some ladies at the front desk told us when we came in again that someone was living in the unit that we had applied for, and then switched their story and said that maintenance was working on it. There is no green lights on why we should go with this apartment because no one has been helpful, they would tell us we have to speak to Jose and theres lack of communication on their end because its ridiculous to think were going to be living here for a long time and its very telling what we might have to deal with if we do decide to move in. We paid more on top of the Admin and Application fee upon applying for the apartment now theyre saying we cant get the extra additional fund back if we decide were not moving in. April 11 Update: No, yall did not contact so stop saying you did when you didnt.
