Miguel was very professional and passionate about what he does. Our home AC had a bad motor and wouldnt cool down, Miguel came over checked our unit and spot the issue right on, he then had his wife help him with same day parts delivery, now our home is cooled and everyone is happy! Fair, responsive and communicative. He informs you when he is headed your way and he is on time. He is knowledgeable and offers good recommendations. I mentioned how my room is warmer than the rest of my house. He suggested that I add a duct and vent to increase airflow. I notice a difference and I sleep better now. He is also thorough with the maintenance check ups which I plan to maintain every three months as he recommends. He also provides education to maintain the longevity and efficiency of my HVAC.
