And was so patient when I asked questions and was so happy to help. Yacine is such an asset to ProTax refund and will be going to her until Im 80years old. Amazing business and wonderful staff. The team is knowledgeable, efficient, and guided me seamlessly through the process. I appreciated their attention to detail and prompt communication. Highly recommend for a stress-free tax experience! I would recommend Yacine, she helped create a ITIN number since I didnt have social, it was very helpful since I didnt have social number as an international student.
