        I am on day two of having issues with my app as far as it not allowing me to use a BOGO that is already loaded to my account. The store that I went to yesterday in Grapevine was of no assistance. I stopped here at the Irving location today and the manager, Cameron, did what he could to assist, but was not able to get my app to load the coupon for me to complete my order. He then was able to get me taken care of at the counter and honored the online order only at the counter for the inconvenience. Thank you, Cameron!

        Unlike my local Whataburger that will let my mobile order sit in the back, one of the crew was calling out names and I was able to almost just walk in and back out this morning. Thanks for keeping it moving!

        I ordered a delivery order and bc they have no shakes, they denied me a refund or to compensate me. So essentially they stole from me.

        Worst place to get service. Guys in the counter dont know how to listen and handle customers. Have been there multiple times for delivery and found out that it is the least place to go.
