10 years ago Dr. Westkaemper did a surgery in my right femur. Thank you Doctor for a great job I have been bless because I haven't had any problems with my femur.

Absolute rude people that answer the calls. I was a new patient, trying to get an appointment, spoke with 2 different people and the same attitude shown by both. Ridiculous that such people are allowed to take calls from new customers. I will never recommend a place like this. Hopefully the administration reads this and the doctors are made aware about their front office staff.

They seemed decent at first. Got an appointment quickly and a surgery date set up. A few days before the surgery they told me the hospital wasn't covered under my insurance and they canceled the appointment. I called back to get more information from them and to try to get help figuring out an alternative. I called for days, left countless messages, and had administrators in the larger practice reaching out to his staff. Never heard back from anyone. The whole thing was surreal and maddeningly unprofessional.

Excellent Dr and understand the patient needs. He works with the patient and the patient caretaker.
