First impression has been great by far. It was easy to book my appointment over the phone. I was happy to learn the Irving facility is open until 8pm. Check in process was smooth, Jennifer front desk/nurse was attentive and friendly. Doctor was supportive, she has a very calming feel to her. I felt heard and she helped to clarify my concerns.

All went really good during my check up, the staff was very caring, listen and did everything I had asked when drawing blood for my lab testing. Upon my arrival my initial blood pressure test came out high, the doctor listen to my concerns and did the test again which resulted in a much lower result. My conversation about my concerns about getting a colonoscopy sooner than the normal time frame was received and I was given a positive answer to move forward in getting one scheduled in an earlier time that I felt I needed to give me peace of mind. This was truly one of the best visits Ive had, and it restored my faith that they were acting in my best interests. I really appreciate the care provide by the entire staff.
