This is the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff might as well not be there. They refuse to give information over the phone. Just tell you to go to the portal (even for the address, they won’t tell you the address over the phone). During pandemic they are not covering nose with mask. They take off their masks and cough INTO their HANDS. I have never been so disappointed with Baylor. This is not what I expect from them. Do NOT recommend. Update: Had appointment today at 11:00am for grandmother. We were early. Checked in. Someone else followed us in with an appointment for the SAME Doctor, at 11:15. Waited 30 minutes. They called back SOMEONE (the people who followed us went back with the nurse who called the name). Thirty more minutes later they called a name again. Not my grandmother’s name. A name that sounded similar. Nobody in the office responded. Reason being, they had taken the wrong person back for the last appointment. They were supposed to take my grandmother, but they didn’t confirm it was her. We didn’t get back into the doctor’s room until 12:05. Biggest disappointment I’ve ever experienced from a medical “professional”.
