No one answers the phone or emails for GSM or Stealth cam cellular camera service.

I put in a $400 order, tried to cancel it 2 hours later and they refused - made me receive the package and mail it back at my own expense ($90) and wont refund the shipping. Took 3 weeks to get a refund but I did get one. I say all this as a ten+ year customer of cold steel. They did give me a 40% coupon for my troubles. Just be aware the return/refund process is agonizing.

If you order anything from their coldsteel company you will never be informed of out of stock or discontinued items and they will give you the run around about getting your money back. I would never do business with this place again. Still waiting on my money

I purchased a GSM long range camera last May 2022. I just recently went to the range to use it. Had problems getting it to connect to it's WIFI. Called them and we did several troubleshooting items. Still could not connect. I called this morning explained I even tried the app on my phone to no avail. Unit not under warranty but the lady put me on hold. When she came back on she said to send it back and they would replace it as if it were still under warranty. Now this is a company that takes care of their customers. Thanks to Denese H. and the other 2 ladies I spoke with.
