        The young lady who worked Saturday March 30, 2024 at 11am, was rude and had poor customer service skills.. A waste of time and she need to be trained on how to work well with customers.

        They were both very friendly and professional. the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I like that they were able to put my proceeds on a Netspend debit card, this was very convenient and they have a deal worked out with the Wells Fargo bank where you can get your funds right away. If I need assistance in the future I will use them again.
