Not a good company to work with at all. They start by being nice telling you your your own boss they just handle complaints and comuncate them to you. Thats not the case they just boss you around. and have so many rules you ah e to follow and costs you have to pay. Ive been a subcontractor for a while and these people have been the worst to work with/for. No gratitude, unprofessional at that called me one time when they were drunk and got rude with me. Dont waste your time here.

They are constantly calling and harassing my place of work. Someone there named Michelle specifically got rude with me and hung up when I told her we were not interested. This company should be embarrassed to A: employ people like that and B: to be begging for business without the courtesy to be polite.

Formally known as Top Brass and is now known as Kaizen Solutions. This is a very terrible cleaning company to work for, I can not express enough how terrible this company is. If you wanted to speak to someone in corporate about the way you have been treated they give you the run around and you will never be able to speak to corporate because when you call a corporate number that number routes backs to Kaizon Solutions. A real Joke! My advice to you don't do it you will regret it, better yet look into it for yourself.. Get someone name there at (Kaison Solutions) and then try to reach corporate for a question and watch the number route back to Kaison Solutions. Very, very unprofessional and even though the name changed still same results. Don`t be the next victim to this company. 7/23/22
