Hyatt Place Dallas / Las Colinas

This exceeded all expectations. Beautiful spacious room that was clean. Great breakfast! Love how close it is to transit!

The front desk attendant was incompetent and didnt understand the difference between a debit card, and a debit card that is also a Mastercard and said Mastercard on it and functions fully as a credit card. My friend was denied his stay there as she refused to run the card saying we dont accept debit cards and Im 61 years old and dont want to lose my job by accepting a debit card as we dont take debit cards. Ended up going to another hotel and had to fight to get my prepaid room fee back as the card was just for the room deposit. The staff lacks competence and was totally uncaring of the hassle imposed by simply not being trained on what a debit card with a Mastercard logo on it means. This employee should be fired.

The staff is extremely friendly and have great customer service. They were so willing to help me have a later checkout and go out of their way to help with a few other requests. Definitely wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you!

I was in town for work for the week and the hotel was clean and was in a very convenient location. Rooms are quite and have a great lay out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms could use new carpet but did not have any unpleasant smells. Was supposed to be a King room and that bed was not a King.. I asked about it and they said it was a king... but I beg to differ, I am a tall girl and know that bed was not a king. :D Overall I had a nice stay. Rooms: Quiet Safety: Parking was well lit, and staff was available to assist.
