Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/ Irving

One of the best value DFW airport hotels Ive stayed in. Nicely furnished rooms that are clean and comfortable, with new electronics and mobile key access. About eight minutes from the terminal and a clean shuttle that runs regularly. Ive tried a lot of options around the airport and havent found a better cost/value ratio.

Room is great, hotel is clean, service sucks. I called to get an airport shuttle and was immediately put on hold, but it wasnt busy at the front desk so I called again and the same person answered with annoyance that I had called back. He said there was no shuttle available despite the website and hotels utility being that they offer a free shuttle, then I told him it was for tomorrow and as soon as I said the hour I needed it he said it wasnt available again. I said are the hours listed somewhere, it doesnt say on the website and he said yeah actually we were just looking at that todayeverything about this interaction rubbed me the wrong way and didnt seem like they cared to offer a service they advertised as offering. There were some convenient lies told.
