My experience at this place was worst. I would call them MONEY-MINDED service provider. For the genuine concern questions they would charge you like anything The final bill was exorbitant and filled with hidden charges that were never mentioned upfront. It's clear that transparency and honesty are not priorities for this health service provider. Overall, my experience with Health one family medicine was extremely disappointing. I would caution others to be wary of their money-minded approach and consider seeking care elsewhere where patient well-being is the top priority.

I have been seeing Dr. Parikh for many years now. In comparing to my previous primary care physicians, He is more knowledgeable and I have found his entire team to be well organized. I appreciate their timeliness which has allowed me to get in and out on time. I would recommend them!

My experience at Health one Clinic was remarkable. When I needed urgent care, their team went above and beyond to accommodate me swiftly. Scheduling was a breeze, and their proactive approach to appointments and tests was impressive. Dr SHALIN PARIKH and staff was not only helpful but also ensured that all procedures were promptly and efficiently managed. Their dedication to patient care and comfort stood out, making my visit less stressful and more productive. I highly recommend health one clinic for their exceptional service and patient-first attitude.

Think I have to get a new PCP. It never made sense to me but what they'll have you do is your blood work on the same day as your visit, so you don't actually get to sit down with the doctor and discuss the results/ ask questions. What happens is someone in the office will call you and pass along notes from the doctor a few days later, it's super weird and seems backwards, follow-ups are in 3 month increments. So I had a vitamin D deficiency, the only way I found out was by requesting a blood test to have it checked, they prescribed D3. After the 3 months Dr. Shalin didn't see the need to retest my D3 levels again, just told me to go OTC.. So I have no idea on my D3 absorption or if I still have a deficiency. Doctor Shalin didn't seem too concerned, it didn't make sense to me. What else is weird is they are very adamant on not discussing anything health wise that doesn't pertain to your visit. I get this speech every time I step into the office and it leaves a sour taste. You should be able to open up to your doctor. Feels like I'm having to evaluate my every day life and play doctor. I spend 95% of my day indoors and doctor never thought to check my D3. I left a survey after my visit about these concerns and no one reached out.
