        Upon check-in at 5:30 my room still wasnt ready, notified at six that the room was ready. Entered room and it was clean, but turned on fan in bedroom and it made a very loud squeaking and knocking noise. I called the front desk to ask if maintenance could come fix the fan and they told me at 5 oclock. Their maintenance people went home. I asked him if there was another option and they told me I could go to another hotel. Rooms need some work, hotel is not as nice as I remembered, pretty run down.

        I had a great experience. The staff is courteous and the atmosphere feels nostalgic (homey). The location is great too !

        I live in the area but got a room to be close for the Irving Marathon races. As others have, this is an older property, so my room had very worn carpet and rust in the bathroom. I also did not enjoy the separate buildings of the property. I wanted to enjoy breakfast in the morning but didn't want to navigate the maze of the buildings. There was a wait to check in the evening and it was no fault of the front desk worker. Apparently, Hilton decided to do a system upgrade the same weekend as Easter, NCAA games being hosted in the area and the Irving Marathon. Smart thinking! ;) I marked down service because signage stated I would receive housekeeping every other day and that was not the case during my stay. Overall, not bad, put there are better options close by.

        One of the worst Hilton properties. Being a life time Dimond members and enjoying other wonderful Hilton properties over 23 years was very disappointed with this property. Dated property poorly trained front desk manager and the staff member with an attitude problem, the phones in the rooms don't connect to font desk so required to use your cell phone to contact the front desk,. I had booked the hotel for three nights. I noticed that the air conditioner in the room didn't work upon arrival in the room. The front desk staff said we don't have a maintenance guy on the premise. I called corporate travel agent and booked another Hilton property and cancelled the reservation and left. Rooms: Dated facility, air conditioner in the room didn't work. Noteworthy details: Poorly trained front desk manger with attitude problem. The front desk manger and site staff had don't care attitude and not friendly at all.
