Reliant Energy

Very very bad. I stayed with these guys for 8 years and I am deeply regretting it. I went with auto renewal last year and over looked cancelation fees and now they are charging $295 early termination fee. Called customer care, they will only read policies, do nothing for reconsidering reliant for future return. Be careful they find every reason to charge more. They will give all the offers or waivers only to new customers after that they know how to collect all the waived amount. With the comment given below I called the number and to hear that they can't do anything about it. It's again wasting time to call and wait in line. It suggests they don't value our time

DO NOT USE RELIANT. I live in a townhouse, every month my bill was between $480-$530. I work from 9am-8pm 7 days a week, Im never home and I never leave anything on, I was really confused on how this could even be possible, they also never had answers when I called about it! I decided to switch to CHAMPION ENERGY, it was the best decision that I could of made, they dont steal your money my first bill was cut in more than half, it was $173 for a full month, whewww, what a relief. Thank me later, choose CHAMPION ENERGY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE.
