I called as new patient and front desk was very rude and placed me on hold slamming the phone ! Called back and assistant answered as I was explaining the situation but cut me off the conversation and she said in an unusual accent voice do you want to make an appointment or chose another dental office ! No good business here to start the new year and as new patient!!

I was a patient for almost 2 years, he saw me twice. He's always booked up. Also he is very unfriendly, he has an attitude.. he did my cleaning himself in one minute. Lol. Ready you're done bye... he said. . I'm not kidding. He did my cleaning in one minute. lol
The nice woman at the front desk gave me the next appointment in 10 months. I suppose to have 2 cleaning a year. This is ridiculous...he shouldn't be working as a dentist. You could tell he hates his job...

Very bad service, this was the dental office assigned by default with my HMO dental plan, went there and absolutely no service was provided, not even cleaning, was just referred to another doctor without any hand-off and then also charged money for documentation!

Thank you for the taking care of my mom, she couldnt be any happier with her new smile I highly recommend that you come see dr. Zotos if you want beautiful perfect teeth and excellent service!!
