Pulled up at 10:45 pm the business was locked on a Tuesday night the hours are until 11pm.

The manager called the police on a black man drinking a Gatorade on the outside of the store for being scary. He was not bothering anybody and was just trying to get hydrated. This happened at 8:45 pm on March 6th.

I would give the pharmacy a 1/2 star rating because I read up through several articles about Novavax and I went in to have it done after work and on a very busy traffic Friday. The person at the pharmacy said that I didnt need to get the Novavax and then said that I cant get one because I already had a vaccine that covered the JN1 variant. Well thats not what I have been reading in the news and journals! The new variant didnt come out until after I had the vaccine and theres been no vaccine available until after December 2023. I dont know what he figured I would buy from what he was saying! I wont go back to that pharmacy EVER again!

The front of store staff is great and, usually I have no issues with this location but, today, my experience with a pharmacist over the phone was really jarring and off putting. I called to let them know my doctor hadnt received the prior authorization for my prescription and I wanted to ask if it could be sent again. I was met with a sigh and a Jesus Christ before being put on hold. Then, when my call was picked back up I got told were sending it and got hung up on before I could even verify they had the right fax number. I understand being busy and stressed but that was just really jarring and off putting.

The doors oh my! Please replace them! Its so unwelcoming to have one of your employees take up half the make up aisle to stock. No hello. She seemed annoyed that I walked in the aisle. I left.
