Absolutely disgraceful and terrible company, I used their washer dryer as leasing office gave their contact, the washer and dryer are pretty old but did the job and out of ease I used it for longer than I should have and would have paid them more than the cost of new and latest washer dryer, but that is not the problem, when I moved out of my apartment I raised request to close my account and pick their old washer and dryer, one would assume its an easy thing to do, I have other 20 things to do while moving and these simple task turned into nightmare, they scheduled pick and never came and then rescheduled, this time I was home especially so they can come and pickup and again they did not come for pick up and rescheduled, without calling me even once! and reaching customer service takes 20 minutes at least and they are of no help, its been a week since I moved out and no one has picked my washer and dryer, never expected such a simple task to become such headache. Stay away from this company, I am seeing other reviews with similar experience which makes me believe this is a scam from them to bill customers even after they have moved out and want to end the service, very shady.

Delivery was fast. I wasnt impressed with the delivery boys, little too dirty for me, as was the stackable washer/dryer, took me 2 days to clean it, if this was my company I would be embarrassed to send merchandise to a customer that was filthy dirty. Makes me wonder what will happen when I call and tell them the washer is making noise that it shouldnt. I was referred to them by the apartment manager, I would not recommend this place
