Blue Science Pools

This company does not care about their employees at all. Doesnt matter if youre sick, have doctors appointments or family emergencies.. They do not care one bit and do not hold management accountable for picking up any slack or finding alternative solutions (as that is what management is there for) Management does the bare minimum (if that) at all times while just piling on the work load to the techs who actually have good work ethic. They also make their techs work through heavy rainstorms and lightning storms.. where techs are subject to getting ill or hurt and clients dont get the proper service they paid for. Management communication and organization is next to non-existent. This company should be ashamed of how they treat employees and clients.. Its all just numbers and money to them. Shame on you Blue Science! Im sure its only a matter of time before they get slapped with a lawsuit.. as they should!

My normal pool guy couldnt service me today. Found out the poor service guy lost his grandma and they didnt give him time off sorry this company is nothing. If you cant care for your employees how can they care for customers I will hire Steven after my contract is up personally he is awesome

Ryan Wagoner with Blue Science has gone above and beyond to service our pool. We had an algae problem, which routinely happens in the spring, and he went the extra mile to make sure our pool sparkles again. He is professional, courteous and a hard worker with know-how. I highly recommend Ryan and Blue Science!!
