Had to deal with this company back in 2018 because of their clients had an accident with me. They ghosted me after some time. I tried reaching out again because Im now finding out about some bills. I emailed of their workers about it. I got an email back saying my message as been blocked. Not worth going with them or dealing with them. Thanks for not helping me out back in 2018. #sorrynotsorry

Worst insurance company. Their client had hit my car from rear and they refused to pay my claim. They don't reply call messages or pay valid claims.

I had my car in the shop for 8months due to them ghosting us and the dealership not wanting to pay. My car should have been totaled out, instead they refused and wanted a way to fix it.

PLEASE READ ITS IMPORTANT. Every insurance agent in Texas has to hold a licience. There is a state office that keeps the agents legal. If an insurance agent has so many reports -- they can loose their licence. This company will steal from the people collecting claims. They will reduce your cars value for stuff they can't legally reduce it for. Then they will stall the settlement offers to delay payment. Report them!! It cost nothing to make the report & you can do it yourself. It takes about a month to have the state look into your claim. If there is foul play then the agent will be held accountable. WATEVER YOU DO -- JUST REMEMBER THAT AS SOON AS YOU SETTLE THE STATE DROPS YOUR COMPLAINT. THE AGENT WILL UP THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT EITHER DURING OR JUST BEFORE THE STATE STEPS IN TO INVESTIGATE. GOOD LUCK WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE ALL THIEVES. DONT TRUST THEM.
