I had to pick up a piece of furniture here. The 1 star reviews worried me, but it was easy. I backed the car up their ramp, gave them my paperwork, they helped me load the box into the car, and I was driving away in less than ten minutes. Hang a big "customer pickup" sign to keep us from approaching the wrong side of the building and you'll get yourself a five star review.

I received an email that MXD would be the delivery company of my product. Email received on 12/1/17, states I should receive product in 7-10 business days. Today is 12/19/17, no email, no package delivery date, and no update on website. I've tried calling, no answer been waiting on hold for over an hour. Left Voicemail, it states will receive phone call back in 2 hours... its been over 24 hours, no phone call. Nothing. I hope to never encounter this delivery company again.
