This was a recent reply to questions regarding food allergies. The grammar is atrocious and the details I asked for are missing. Please hire more capable communicators for replying to emails. This was not helpful at all.Hello Your Grace,On behalf of all of us at Medieval Times, we are sending good wishes of health and well-being to you and your nobles!The gluten free option is no bread, either pita or Italian Garlic bread, and we would substitute the dessert of a chocolate eclair for something else. Those items are also not made in our facility and can be cross contaminated.

General manager Doug in Orlando is the worst. He is rude and short sighted. Not customer service and unaccomedating. Should be fired we bought royalty package and were place in the corner of the arena. We were the first thru the door. We are regulars in Atlanta castle he could have moved us but choose not to. I am now on a quest against this castle for many years
