Juan, JJ General Contractor, did an amazing job on our house so that we could rent it out. He pays close attention to detail which I love and have not seen with many other contractors in the past. My water heater went out and I called Juan with JJ Contractors. He came out and replaced the water heater, he suggested that we add a filter which we did. Juan reran some of the tubs and insulated the pipes. He cleaned up everything after he was done. We are very pleased with all of his work.

The shark bite sediment filter should keep you hot water cleaner yearly. Keeping the water heater clean yearly should keep it from sediment build up and tank damage.
