I think this is a scam. If you are a small business looking to post they run you through the mud. They give you a nice run down of all the great things they can do and how it is based on leads - each lead being possible candidate and then you pay around $2000 per quarter. I noticed that the "leads" were doctors that would not reply to me and I would never hire anyways. most lived thousands of miles away. I brought this to their attention and they said that they would "fix it" and give me new leads. Well, that, apparently didn't mean that they would extend my services since i received none for the first 3 months. Instead, as I got my new leads and would now start receiving leads from valid providers they charged my credit card automatically without my permission or even a warning for the next quarter. I complained that I didn't get anything the first quarter and they charged me without permission. Well, apparently they have a hidden clause in their contract that states they can charge you without warning or permission to renew your subscription. They refunded me for the unauthorized charge and i waited to get more leads. A few weeks later i noticed nothing was coming in so I try to log in. I can no longer log in at this point so i ask what is going on. They said that i cancelled my subscription and would have to pay another $2000 to renew it. Another $2000 for nothing, no thank you. No apology. No "wow, well since we didn't provide you with service you requested we can give you an extra month" or anything. Just a yeah, you just paid us $2000 for no reason and to continue getting our excellent service you have to pay an additional $2000. i don't know about anyone else, but i refuse to pay for a service that flat out doesn't work. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice... SCAM!

Adaptive easily has the best recruiters and people in the industry. Would recommend them to anyone who needs help finding providers. Had a wonderful experience with Adaptive!

Adaptive Medical Partners was very committed to see the process through to completion. Marjorie Mosbey was great to work with and successfully recruited a physician and a dentist for the organization I work for. They are professional and dilligent.
