I really like this daycare. My daughter had severe medical issues and Mrs Dawkins....the director and owner.....was completely understanding and worked with me in every aspect that she could. Even had the employees do special training in order to accommodate my daughters new needs. My kids always tell me the different kind of foods they eat, they are always doing little group field trips and even walks to the snow cone place a block away. My kids really enjoy being here and unless we move out of Irving Ill continue to keep them there.

This is not an environment for babies and toddlers who cannot communicate. I tried to give this child care so many chances. My son has a milk protein allergy. He is not lactose intolerant; he is actually allergic to the protein in milk. This daycare on more than one occasion has given my son food made of dairy products (thankfully he is not deadly allergic it mostly just makes him very uncomfortable). Ms. Dawkins the director always gives some sob excuse as to why he was given the dairy products. I've explained to her that if he was deadly allergic he would be dead with all the "slip up" they have. Once he was in a diaper so long without being changed he had a terrible diaper rash. I simply could not take this daycare anymore and withdrew my child when they once again tried to give him dairy products. Thankfully I came to the daycare early and caught it before my son started to eat and he has never been back since. This daycare is disorganized and messy. The turn over rate for the staff is crazy! Every two weeks there are new employees and this made me very uncomfortable. My son did not learn anything while there and would come have unexplained bruises on him. They have also lost his clothing on a few occasions. They only reason I let me son stay as long as he did is because they are literally the only open late daycare I could find in Irving but I just couldn't take it anymore. I love my son too much to keep him in that place. Please do yourself a favor and staff far away from this daycare.

My 2 year old sister attended this daycare for about two weeks. There were a few times where the place would be understaffed at the time that I would drop off my sister. They'd give her the wrong milk (after explaining to them which one she could drink) which made her sick. She's not yet potty trained, so she needed her diapers to be checked and changed. I picked her up once with what seemed an unchanged diaper in HOURS. It was full and she had been wearing it for so long that her bodily waste had DRIED up. This gave her a rash that took weeks to heal. They also never made sure that my sister actually ate what they had given her to eat (if they did at all). She'd come home and eat the meals she had missed while being there. I do not recommend this daycare for anyone at all. Your young child will not get the care and attention he/she needs.
