Great customer service. I got two of my iPhones fixed for crack screen, and adding cover. While I was visiting they helped a very old lady who needed help to unlock her phone, they can’t do it, they gave a proper navigation to the apple store near by. Myself I had great experience with them. Plan to go to them for future needs. Reasonable price. Timely fulfillment. Trust worthy.

Cell phone genius was able to replace a shattered screen on my daughter’s iPad. Fred was fast, efficient, and the repair was complete within 2 hours on Friday. It was repaired a couple weeks ago and had been working fine with no issues! This is the second time I have used them and have been pleased both time. I highly recommend Cell phone genius for cell phone repairs, specifically cracked or shattered screens.

I love this place! There has NEVER been one time that they did not provide excellent service to me and any other customers I’ve seen. The thing about them is that they are FAIR and HONEST. They will not make repairs that do not need to be done. I just left and Fred helped me once again . He’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered . I’ve had horrible experiences when it comes to phones and service related to them as most will just charge you the highest amount just to make a profit. I really appreciate this place and Fred for the continued wonderful service.

My phone was lost in a parking lot this morning, and ran over. The screen was spiderwebs! A T & T was ZERO help. I went to Google and found this company, and I'm so glad I did! He had it fixed and ready to go in just a couple of hours. If you have cell phone repair issues, I certainly recommend coming here.
