I can't begin to express my sincere thanks for a job well done! The Willow Distributors Christmas party at Silverado City exceeded my highest expectations. I have been in the public relations and special event business for nine years, and can honestly say that I have never had an event go so smoothly. Of course, we can't leave out the fact that you beat all the odds when it came to the food service! The barbecue was excellent and the potato salad was even better than you touted. The fact that you were able to serve 550 guests in a record-breaking 22 minutes still amazes us all!

The Western Parties for France and Australia have been the best of the 30 Neiman- Marcus Fort Nights and were both the highlight of our guests visit to Dallas. The excitement your staff and crew created with the Old West Shoot-Outs and the excellent Texas Entertainment gave or visitors a lot of memories to share when they return home. Your tamales were the "Hot" favorites, they where almost as good as your BBQ and chili.
