Texas Sky Carpet & Tile Cleaning (Steam Cleaning)

I called to confirm my appointment on Tuesday. My appointment was on Thursday at 3 PM. They’re so incompetent, they texted me on my phone for confirmation at 1:17 and 2:24 PM today, on Thursday. My appointment was at 3 PM. Mind you I work 8 to 5 and don’t have my telephone available from 1 to 5 PM. I gave them my spouse’s number to call Who is at the house and had all the furniture moved ready for them. and they did not call him . So they just no showed us. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Would not recommend. Improve your business practices by confirming at least 24 hours ahead of time!!

They were able to come out last minute for an emergency and I couldn't be more appreciative!!! They are super friendly and professional and reasonably priced for high-quality service! They are hard and thorough workers and I am so pleased and SO thankful for them!! Prompt, responsive, and AMAZING!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

These guys got my tiles looking like new and the pet treatment for my carpet removed all the stains and the pet smell was gone! Absolutely awesome service and their work is exceptional! Covid is a pain but they checked in with me before coming over and their professionalism is unrivaled - highly recommend them and will be using them again next time I move out of an apartment - havent lost a deposit yet! They are the very best in Dallas by far

They did my move-in cleaning for my rental house. They were allowed into the house by someone, without any supervision, they did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced. They honestly told me over the phone that they couldn't get rid of 5-6 spots in the house. We are delighted with the outcome. Keep up the good work, guys!

We couldn’t be happier. AJ came to clean our carpet and he was very pleasant and respectful. Our carpets look and smell great. The pet treatment was amazing!
