Horrible place. Called to check on a vehicle that broke down within 30 days due to transmission. Bianca is very rude and so unprofessional.Dora isnt any better. Very rude and trashy!!!! Doesnt know how to communicate with customers. They need training. Business will be reported to the BBB . Do not go here!! They are thieves!! They sale broken down cars

Purchased Car on 1/16/2024...Car stopped working on 1/21/2024..The worst customer service who hangs up on you and also Manager Dora who will hang up on you for asking for your car back tht broke down in 5days..As of today 4/01/2024 my car is still with auto plaza service team! Never purchase a car from this PLACE!

ALL I CAN SAY IS A LAWSUIT COMING THEY WAY!! IF COULD GIVE BOTH AUTOPLAZA AND THEY FINANCE COMPANY A 0 I would. Save your money for a company that will at least no know to speak to you as though you are someone. Cars are TRASH and they people in finance need to be dealt with. I have been hung up on multiple times. They dont give respect to people but want to be respected as they screw people out of money. NO ONE IN THAT BUILDING KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I got a car from here 2/9/24 barely drove it then on 3/11/24 it stopped on the freeway and was smoking. I called them they said o we can get it towed but it wont be today. I paid $200 to have it towed they aint give me $1 back. I was gone pay for the fix so I can have a way around but the mechanic called telling me they sold me a piece of SH.. and they could not get it to stop smoking. I called and let them know hey that car is not fixable they cont to hang up over and over and just picked the car up from shop on 3/20. That was my experience and my worst all the years of me getting cars I NEVER knew that kind of stuff was legal smh. But god did bless me and I have a new reliable car now although I lost $2100 with them.
