        6/2 2:15 pm To the teller/banker who was annoyed with me being a non-customer and charging a $10 fee to cash a $70 check believe me I was just as annoyed to be there with you and your smokers voice in Chase who I absolutely CANNOT stand as a bank. Zero stars, never recommend.

        Branch manager/Sidberry at this location lacks professionalism! She is extremely rude, an arrogant She never greeted me or introduce herself to me. Not sure how she got promoted to a branch manager! I never met a branch manager who doesnt know the meaning of customer service! First her demeanor was absolutely negative towards me since the beginning Old saying, is not what you say but how you say it! I know she knows the saying because, she is my age or older. Corporate needs to send secret shoppers to this location asap!
